About Me
Iguazu Falls are waterfalls of the Iguazu River located on the border of the Brazilian State of Parana and the Argentine Province of Misiones. The Iguazu River starts at the city of Curitiba and runs for the most part of the course in Brazil and at the end at the border of Brazil and Argentina. Also, Mount Everest is located more than feet above sea level and offers the ultimate mountaineering adventure. Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay were the first persons to climb this Pinnacle of the earth. This phenomenon is caused by the bouncing of the moonlight on the spray of water and mesmerizes everybody’s heart. Northern lights cannot be seen through naked eyes and only becomes visible to us when there is a change in the conditions of the sky.
Since it was early when I reached back to town, I walked down to the lake with the company of a lovely gentleman that I met in the morning. We had a good time and despite the strenuous hike to go back up, it was a great exercise and it made me feel less bad about having given up on my hike around the rim. You can also cross the border to Brazil and visit their side of Iguazu Falls from Argentina. They are smaller but they have a walkway that goes out and over one of the waterfall itself which offers a pretty unique perspective of Iguazu Falls that you won't get from the Argentinian side. Its interesting culture, vibrant landscapes, and friendly people are unlike any other place in South America.

Today, it’s home to incredible ruins, colorful cobblestone streets, and these luxury glamping domes. It is famous for being the saltiest body of water in the world, so salty you can even float in it! No organisms can survive in this water and it was one of the world’s first health resorts for Herod the Great. It’s thought one third has vanished already and every year more than 1 metre of the sea evaporates.
You’ll be surrounded by vistas over the Pacific Ocean, views of nearby islands, as well as wild animals and plants that are so spectacular they inspired Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution. Every dome has a spectacular view of the Vilcabamba mountain range and access to the fire pit, dining dome, and lobby bar. Visit the Sacred Valley of the Incas, head into Cusco city, or take the train to the iconic Machu Picchu. Cueva Ventana is located in the karst area of Arecibo and its elevation allows visitors a breathtaking view of the valley in Arecibo . These fertile lowlands cover nearly 290,000 square miles, encompassing all of Uruguay as well as parts of Argentina and Brazil. The temperate climate makes it a great place for regenerative agriculture, but it’s best known for wildlife such as the pampas deer, plains viscacha, puma, maned wolf, pampas fox, and an impressive array of birds. Did you know Machu Picchu is neither the largest, oldest, or most important Inca site you can explore in Peru? For those, you have to visit the lesser-known ruins of the Sacred Valley. Start at the western end in Pisac, an agricultural center for the Inca, in which an entire mountain was carved into terraces.
You’d be hard pushed to call Georgetown pretty, but there is a certain charm to its streets. In the centre of the city, faded wooden mansions look on as horse and carts carrying lumber trot nonchalantly across busy intersections filled with taxis and fearless motorbikes. Across the country, leks are where the both sexes of the Guianan cock-of-the-rock gather for extravagant mating displays. Better still, you may well get a chance to see one of these beautiful playful creatures as it’s being reintroduced to the wild.
You’ll see the Ponta da Piedade nearby, a landmark rock formation with grottoes and rock arches. Fig Tree Bay is a scenic sandy beach in the resort of Protaras, Cyprus, with an uninhabited islet that you can swim to from the shore. One of Kaanapali Beach’s most famous attractions is the daily cliff diving ceremony off Puu Kekaa, or Black Rock.
You can also hike around the Oak Creek Canyon area for a different side of town. Another famous and beautiful reservoir that is partially located in Arizona is Lake Mead. It was created by the Hoover Dam on the Colorado River, and it’s located just 24 miles east of Las Vegas.
