What is Native Conditioning? Could it be Fitness that refers to the original peoples of the United States?

 

 

Do you find it a reference to your fitness intelligence quotient? Like " applied VS native " health?

 

 

Indigenous Health and fitness is an expression that refers to the workout capability which over 100,000 years of humans have supplied us through primal necessity and natural selection. Genuine physical fitness that fits our bodies needs.

 

 

What am I speaking about? Let us see just how this evolved health relates to the present trend of ours toward aerobic as well as sustained physical health.

 

 

Native Fitness and health is the actual physical stamina that served our ancestor Cavemen. It gave them the burst of speed to get away from danger, or perhaps capture meal. It gave them the electricity to fend off enemies or even predators. It was on demand power for private and group survival.

 

 

This particular Physical Fitness platform has been refined over countless generations to meet the demands of the body musculature of ours and bone structure. It serves the lungs of ours, heart, and mind so it helps to keep the body fit and ready and whole for action. It has grown over 100's of years of refinement so that people worked to peak performance without sustained exertion as well as continuous activity.
